At the box office / tickets: · Guests stay (outside) behind the plexiglass screen; · Guests wait in line at a half meter distance as indicated on the ground; · If you as a guest want information about the regular cruises, you can scan the QR code at the sales counter; · Payment is made contactless by PIN as much as possible. If you want to pay cash, put the money on the sales counter; · The issued ticket is also placed at the sales counter; · The PIN device is cleaned after every checkout operation; · The hostess / gentleman refers you to the waiting benches on the quay according to the green walking route.
Harbor office (toilet): · The toilet in the Port Office is closed by government.
On shore (waiting benches): · The seats on the waiting benches are indicated; · Near the waiting benches you will find disinfection material and gloves. Please disinfect your hands before boarding and putting on the gloves as desired.
To get in: · Guests board on the green walking route; · Unfortunately, the skipper cannot help to board / board. Have your family member help you if you deem it necessary; · If the banister is used to board, the skipper or employee of the shipping company will disinfect the banister; · Boarding is done one by one via the indicated place; · The seat selection is done clockwise.
On-board: · Skipper remains at a distance except in case of calamities; · Guests will remain seated throughout the cruise.
To get off: · Guests get out according to the principle: last in, first out (counterclockwise); · Unfortunately the skipper cannot help to disembark / disembark. Have your family member help you if you deem it necessary; · Disembarkation is done one by one via the indicated location; · Should the banister be used to disembark, the skipper or employee of the shipping company will disinfect the banister; · Guests walk away via the red walking route; · Discard any used gloves in one of the street bins on the Apothekersdijk.
